Active stretching is the perfect way to enjoy a break during your day. Promote circulation, joint mobility, and flexibility while energizing your body for the next task or meeting. Movement brings about energy, and energy brings about productivity!

Restorative Yoga

Relax and rejuvenate in this gentle style of yoga. Restorative yoga uses props such as blanks, bolsters, and blocks to support the body, inviting a more profound sense of relaxation and returning the body to its natural state of balance.

Yoga Foundations and Chair Yoga

Connect breath posture and movements to warm the body and move energy, returning the body and mind to their natural state of balance. Flow through gentle yoga poses, all based on a chair! Chair Yoga is a gentle class and suitable for adults of any age or fitness level.

Free Style Boxing Drills 

There is no better way to take a break at work than to learn boxing drills. Learn how to properly and safely jab, cross punch, uppercut, and hook in easy-to-follow combinations. This is a great way to work your entire body in a short fitness break. No equipment is necessary.

Resistance Bands Training at your desk

Work your major muscle groups from your desk or chair in a low-impact routine. Building lean muscle is the best way to prevent premature aging and chronic disease while boosting energy levels.

Foundations of Strength Training

Learn and practice how to properly squat, lunge, plank, and push up, along with many variations using your own body weight. This is the perfect session for beginners, populations with limited mobility, or if you are new or returning to strength training.

Sessions are 30 minutes or customized to your group's needs and available on-site, live-streaming, and on-demand.
